Allow naming internal nodes #1

Mostly for debug purposes, but internal nodes should be named as well when generating labels, or at least there should be an option to do so.

Closing as it does not make sense for most trees, and it is not supported by the methods currently in use (an ancient language is, of course, the result of a split).
