What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new GET request. E.g. test.com
2. Click the arrow to show the Query Parameters fields
3. Click "Add" link until there are enough parameter rows to make the scroll
bar appear. You don't need to insert any values.
4. Move the mouse over the scroll bar or over the address bar and a white panel
appears over the entire page that cannot be removed.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected nothing to happen. A white "div" ish panel appears covering the entire
screen.
On what operating system, browser and browser version?
Windows7, Chrome, version 24.0.1312.57 m
