how add statistics from in a catplot with different columns ? #101

Hello, Thank you for your work. I've created a nice catplot with different columns. But I cannot add statistics with Annotator as you did in your example 2facets.png How did you do ? Thanks in advance, Jessica

Hello Jessica, Already a few months ago I acknowledged that documentation was missing on that, I am sorry it still is.

In the meantime, you can refer to the posts in #89 and #89 which should give you the way to go, in particular this one: https://github.com/trevismd/statannotations/issues/89#issuecomment-1296326285

Please let us know if anything is not clear with that.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I did not find a way to apply staannotations with catplot even with the examples you gave me. so I used pointplot in subplot. it looks nice :-) thanks anyway for your help, Jessica
