How to remove * (ns)? #34

I'm unclear what the label * (ns) means, is this point significant or not? The adjusted p-value is < 0.05 so I'm unclear why the (ns) is there. Would be great if there's a way to remove this. Thanks!

Hi, Thanks for your comment.

* (ns) means that

The raw pvalue is <0.05, and is reported not adjusted
That value is not significant after using a multiple correction method.

You are not the first to be confused by this.

You can read the discussion about it here #30, which led to a new feature introduced in #31, effectively allowing e.g. to remove the star.
It is currently merged in the dev branch, and will at some point be part of the next release.
