Create conda package #77

It would be great if this package were available on conda. The only hurdle to this I think is merging #56

@trevismd if you are happy to be a maintainer (or anyone else) on that package also, could you please post a comment in that PR saying you are happy to be a maintainer and I can add you to the list?
