- [ ] add segment-final clocktime (either as barline-center mark or else over phantom measure).
- [ ] teach clocktime about accelerandi and ritardandi.
- [ ] teach clocktime fermata measure heuristics (1", 3", 5", 9").
- [ ] allow fermata measure user overrides (with distinct markup color).
- [ ] teach clocktime about (2x) volta brackets and about 3x, 4x, 6x indicators.
