Configure Project for Sublime Text

• Made create-levure-application stack prettier
• Modified the card script in the stack to handle the additions and make the code easier to read.
• Renamed and added a couple of properties to accommodate the new functionality
• Added "Use Sublime Text" option to create-levure-application stack
• Added an app name if use sublime text. That is used to configure app.yml and to create a .sublime-project file for the app
• Create a .sublime-project file for the app
• If using sublime text, uncomments the lines in app.livecodescript for running the update server
• Tried to make "convert stacks to ui.md" clearer
• Added a README.md file to try to explain the folder so Trevor won't have to answer a bunch of questions from every hack that comes along wanting to work on the innerds of Levure
• Switched some code in the stack script to use a script variable instead of the parameter array

@macMikey I created a branch based off of this one, made some modifications, and then merged it in. Changes I made:

• The app name in the Sublime Text project file doesn't play a part in working with multiple open Levure projects. It is the port number that does. I removed that from the instructions and made App Name required all of the time. App Name is also used to configure the standalone name in the standalone settings for standalone.livecode.
• Rather than having a sublime/non-sublime script I went back to using one script but removing the comments that enable Levure/Sublime Text integration.
• Cleaned up a couple of other items.
