Packager Provide Feedback #79

Now, when the packager achieves, the developer is not given any notice. An answer dialog would let the developer know that the packager is done.

Currently packaging is done by calling the API handler from the Message Box. What is needed is a plugin that performs some common Levure tasks such as packaging. The plugin would be responsible for providing feedback based on whether or not an error occurred.
