How to configure 'font-config' to always dispatch my font when requested?

• Font so far seems to work in XeLaTeX and {ragg} but for some reason font-config keeps overriding some of my glyphs

  • It overrides the Box Drawing glyph even though I define every single one
  • It overrides many of my pip glyph combinations

• Hence it isn't quite usable on many of the Linux applications I normally use

• Would be nice to be able to figure out how to configure font-config so that when I set the font to Game Bit Mono and I indicate a glyph which Game Bit Mono supports it actually uses it instead of some other font that does not mesh well at all!

Seems like I'll just rely on more PUA glyphs and the Game Bit Mono variant
