New R devel check error (just on Debian) #30

Kurt Hornik says he can replicate it on his machine that I need to fix it by October 31st. Doesn't replicate on my machine. I'll try to see if I can replicate it with rhub.

Can't replicate on R-hub (nor Travis-CI)

Was able to replicates when I install and tell argparse package to use Python 3.9
Doesn't seem to affect normal usage, affects the production of a more helpful error message in case of user mistake
