Release {xmpdf} v0.1 #34

[x] Wait until {datetimeoffset} v0.1 is released: https://github.com/trevorld/r-datetimeoffset/issues/42
[x] Update DESCRIPTION to new {datetimeoffset} CRAN release
- Perhaps wait a few days for CRAN to build Windows/OSX binaries
[x] #24
[x] devtools::check_win_devel()
[x] Write cran-comments.md

Submit to CRAN:

[x] Bump to "release" version number
[x] Build (and check) package tarball with R CMD build
[x] Upload at https://xmpalantir.wu.ac.at/cransubmit/ copying and pasting cran-comments.md into "Optional comment" field
[x] Click on e-mail confirming package submitted

Wait for CRAN:

[ ] Probably will need to do a revise and resubmit of minor changes
[x] Accepted :tada:
[x] Do a Github release (which will "tag" version)
