Core IPTC Photo metadata XMP tag active bindings

From IpTC Photo Metadata Standard 2022.1. Most of these (but not Iptc4xmpCore:CreatorContactInfo) should be supported if you use the full tag name in xmp() or the resulting objects set_item() method since they use base XMP data types instead of a special structure. Only the checkmarked ones have a special active binding.
