No response after 'Register' button click #26

Seems to work after refresh.

It looks like the form was being submitted upon click, but form errors weren't being displayed.

Feature tests with Capybara are failing intermittently.

Turbolinks is messing with my coffeescript.

Disable turbolinks on 'Register' link_to workshop#show
