[x] Make footer extend to end of page.
[x] Fix back and forward navigation with page links and react router dom.
[ ] Hookup API on homepage for announcements.
[ ] Finish links on other pages.
[ ] Add Typography for the hard date of every next meeting instead of listing it on the Orientation page.
