Receive confirmation of successful registration with Twillio.
Complete some simple tests with the Twillio API.
You already have a good test setup with a basic Twillio Flow template for notifications in your ScheduledTasks class.

API tested. Privacy policy created. API works, error logs just state number is unregistered. After you finish registering number with privacy policy you can test again.
Add privacy policy URL or just the text to new deployed website and resubmit Campaign for review. You can find the 3rd party privacy policy creator in your bookmarks for the application.
