Add the ability to view piece icons on on the Timeline treeview.

Solution
With this enhancement, it is now possible to select either the default colour icons or representations of the related piece as an icon in the Timeline view. As this behaviour can be costly under certain circumstances, e.g. if both fade and highlight parts are On, it is not set as the default behaviour. You have the option to set it on the 3DViewer Preferences dialogue.
