Navigation menu actions are not consistently enabled and disabled when navigating between steps.

Environment

Version of LPub3D - 2.4.5 Operating system - All

Expected behaviour

Navigation menu actions as expected.

Actual behaviour

Actions are enabled before the current page is fully loaded. Actions

Solution

Fix it.
