Add open parameter file folder to configuration menu actions

Add open parameter file folder to configuration menu actions.

It can be helpful to directly see what parameter files are available as several files will only be generated when the user selects the item for edit in the configuration menu.

Environment

Version of LPub3D - 2.4.7 Operating system - All

Expected behaviour

Be able to open the 'extras' folder containing common parameter files from within the application

Actual behaviour

This action is currently not available

Solution

Enable the open parameter file folder menu action
