Fade previous steps project global setup disabled on initial load #688

Subject

Fade previous steps project global setup dialogue disabled on initial load event though the feature is enabled.

Toggling the enable check box corrects this behaviour.

Environment

Version of LPub3D - 2.4.6 Operating system - Windows

Expected behaviour

The dialogue should load and be enabled as expected when fade previous steps is enabled.

Actual behaviour

The dialogue is disabled on initial load. The enable check box must be toggled to enable the dialog

Solution

Fix it.
