Global meta change not persisted to include file #717

Subject

When using an include file, for example, 0 !LPUB INCLUDE "header.ldr", global meta changes are not persisted when set from the Build Instructions Setup... menu items.

Environment

Version of LPub3D - 2.4.6 Operating system - All

Expected behaviour

Meta command changes should persist

Actual behaviour

Meta command changes are not persisted to the include file or main model header.

Solution

Fix it.
