Inserting "Rotate" from the menu button inserts all zeros

Environment

Version of LPub3D - 2.3.0 Operating system - All

Steps to reproduce

Open a model file it in LPub3D.
Select the "3DViewer - by LeoCAD(C)" tab.
Click on the model in the viewer.
Select the "Rotate" toolbar icon and rotate the model 60 on x axis, 0 on y asix and -30 on z axis.
Click the "Insert ROTSTEP" toolbar icon.

Expected behaviour

0 ROTSTEP 60 0 -30 REL inserted

Actual behaviour

0 ROTSTEP 0 0 0 REL is incorrectly inserted

Workaround

Use the x, y, and z dialogues on the Properties - by LeoCAD (c) pane

Solution

Fix unexpected behaviour

Corrected.

While the x, y, and z dialogues on the property page were wired into Rotate function, the Rotate toolbar button was not completely wired in.
