Shortcut keys shared with 3DViewer (LeoCAD) no longer working.

Version of LPub3D - 2.3.0 Operating system - All

Shortcut keys working v2.2.2 should continue to work unless function removed

As described in subject

Restore expected behaviour

Corrected and enhanced.

Menu items without visible menubar (e.g. LDraw Editor) now display their shortcut in the status bar along with their description
Shortcuts added for all clear cache functions
