Memory temperatures are different between Windows and Linux #1174

Hello,

I would like to ask, how memory temps feature was implemented under Linux, while it was not necessary to update NVIDIA driver? Does it mean, Nvidia Api was providing mem temps all the time? Or maybe it is just something like temperature "estimation" based on task performed by GPU?

I am asking because the same overclock settings (cpu, memory, fan) for the same card, give much different results in temps between Windows and Linux. On Windows temps are CPU: 52, RAM: 84. On Linux, CPU: 54 but RAM is only 74! Difference is 10 Celsius degrees! Looking at the difference, I am afraid values are not reliable. What is worse, now I totally don't know which value may be correct.

I think probably since the nvidia hack! then I am like you having LHR and not LHR I have the temperature on the 3060Ti and 3080 no LHR cards I tested Gminer which had implemented first and I have worse than you between the two miners I like you for example my 3080Ti is at 106° under TREX but 88° under gminer I know that the intensity must play but here is how this proud? I don't even dare to make ETH anymore!
