Multiple instances #1272

Hello. I have PC with nvidia geforce rtx 2060. Should I run one or few T-Rex instances for faster mining?

Hi, If you only have one gpu card you should only run one T-rex instance. If you have more than one gpu you can run them in a single instance or have an instance per card by setting -d 0 in one of the batch file then -d 1 for the next etc. I split my instances so I can turn off mining on a specfic card without having to turn off others and I have same rate as when I use a single instance.,

N.B. If you use 127.0.0.1:4067/trex webinterface you will only see the first instance on it.

Update: For version 0.26 it has been said that having T-Rex running as a single instance with LHR et FHR gpu mixed is less stable than running them in split instances (you can do just 2 instances, one with LHR and one with FHR or as many as you want as long as no instance has mixed gpu)
