[v0.26.4] EVGA 3070 TI hashrate dropping to 35ish MH/S Nvidia #1356

I'm on nvidia driver version 512.59 and using trex version 0.26.4. I was getting 78~79 MH/S. Now it's at 35...not sure what happened.

My OCs are:

PL: 60 Core: +125 Memory Clock: +1200

Edit: After a quick restart of the PC, the hashrates went back to mid 73s. Not really getting my average of high 78s 79s.

I have this happen randomly too once or twice a day (sometimes I get a day or two) and I have to restart the miner before it returns to FHR. I have a 10-card mixed rig of some 16s, 20s and 30 series card. 3 of them are LHR and I have tried separating the cards into two batch files to isolate the LHR cards and it stills happens. Also running 512.59. Any updates or solutions found? Was gonna try a fresh install of Windows or move it over to Hive but I want to see what fixes it in Windows.

Edit: Found https://github.com/trexminer/T-Rex/issues/1334 recommending downgrading to 512.77. Gonna give it a try.
