Cant setup [fan speed, mem clock, power limit] for [000e00]: NVAPI_ERROR, code -1 #1382

As stated in the title, I am getting 3 errors from my newly added 3060 ti. I have 5 other cards on the rig atm running fine. Its just that one 3060 ti which is spitting out that error and is not mining at all. It starts the DAG gen but it never completes it and again, this is the only card I'm erroring out on.

I have tried many power cycles, switching out risers, reseating, updating windows. TREX is already running as admin too. Have been troubleshooting for 5 hours now and I feel so defeated. Please, if anyone knows whats wrong, I would be very thankful. I will post an SS below.

P.S. In the screenshot, it only shows the fan speed error but on miner startup, it shows all 3 errors in title. (on separate lines)

UPDATE: While writing this, 15m:30sec in, the DAG finished for the 3060 ti, but the miner need to restart right after. not sure what happened.

Me pasa lo mismo, ya intente de todo y no se corrige, aumente memoria, cambie cable de alimentación, reinstale driver, actualice windows, baje oc, y nada, alguien que tenga algún comentario de como resolverlo, al parecer la versión del minero hace lo mismo que con las de 6 gb, asigna más memoria de lo asignado por el oc, ya que solo me pasa con las 3060 ti y 3070.

Ya realice pruebas y si es el mismo problema que se tenia con las gráficas de 6 gb, ya que las gráficas crashean y se reinician porque aumenta drásticamente el hashrate, administradores de trex, por favor su ayuda.
