ethash epoch block info #372

The ethash epoch and block info are no longer display when mining from NanoPool. Tried a few pools and miners combo, not problem except T-Rex and Nanopool combo. It does send out shares and got reward though. Remove all parameters with only basic still no go. Only header and OK shares are display.

Hmmm. After some thought, may be it is a good feature for not seeing those block info. Which I dont care about anyway. Just need to know it is working and not hanged. But curious whether it is my setting. Keep it. :)
