Error code 15 & -6 , rig won't start(6 - 1080 GTX Graphic Card) #439

Hello guys,

I am fairly new to mining and I have this rig setup :

6 - 1080 GTX Graphic Card 1 - Thermaltake 730W PSU 1 - Evga 1000W PSU

4 of Graphic Cards(170W each) connected to the Evga 1000W PSU 2 of Graphic Cards(170W each) & Motherboard connected to the Thermaltake 730W PSU

I have this rig for 2 weeks now, and it was just working fine, then when I switched my monitor, I got that error :

WARN : NVML : can't get GPU #4, error code 15 WARN: MT resetup exception, can't initialize memory tweak, error code -6

Then, I started to run the rig without a monitor, and it started to work again.

But it only took a couple of days for it to have sudden shut-downs.

1 of the graphic cards was having a white light beeping on it, and I changed the power cable on it, and it stopped beeping.

For the last 3 days, I had 3 sudden shutdowns, and every time, I had to reconfigure the chipset placement on the motherboard to start it again, otherwise, it won't start.

And today, I got the last shutdown, and now even chipset placement doesn't help. It is not starting.

I attached the error code on T-rex and my Rig setup video below, in case someone has a similar setup and identifies

Have you tried to remove one card then booting and if still fails, remove the next card in line and see if it'll boot and continue down the line to rule out bad gpu?
