how can i run to 60Mh/s ？

My card is ASUS TUF RTX3070 O8G，but when i run this software, the best Hashrate only 52Mh/s.

How can i up to 60Mh/s， Do I need to upgrade the BIOS or a special version of the driver?

In order to achieve a higher hashrate, you will probably need to change the GPU and Memory clocks. My Nvidias do not run under Windows but on HiveOS (linux based), I get around 62.24 with the following settings:

Core Clock Offset -600 Memory Clock 2600 Power Limit 125 Watts Fan Speed 70%

Not all cards are the same but this should be a good start. I started with the power limit first to see where my hashrate will land, then I started changing the Memory clock in increment of 250. Once it crashed or started getting invalid shares, I would subtract 250 and them move to the Core Clock. I did the core in -100 increments (this number is negative, so I must use the negative sign) until I saw no more change. Always wait at least a few minutes before making changes.
