New Feature Request - Memory Temp Control #526

I would like a new feature, where I can set a max memory overclock and a max VRAM temp, and have the memory overclock automatically controlled to ensure that max VRAM temp is not exceeded (for RTX 3090). I am using liquid cooling, so the fan speed settings (increasing fan speed to control memory temp) doesn't really do anything for me.

If you haven't already done so, add some better thermal pads to your vrm/chips on the back between the backplate, then add a big heatsink to your backplate. If that isn't good enough, get a threadripper waterblock stick that on the backplate where the VRM are (obviously connected to your loop). I have that combo and get 80-83c VRM, 45~C GPU MAX
