[Request] Add back in x16r algo support for Ravencoin Lite mining #622

With the recent release of Ravencoin Lite, please add back in x16r algo support. With all the latest OC settings supported should allow us to better optimize mining this alog/coin.

I've used 0.19.14 version to mine RVL. Mined 16k coins and switched back to RVN. It is high probability that Ravencoin Lite project is a scam so i am not sure if it's worth devs work.

Pick up a couple OW1 X16R ASICs. Vastly cheaper way to get more MH/s than you can with GPUs. Like 1/10th the cost if you pick them up used probably.

RVL Is Changing algo soon for "x16rt" I was wondering the same thing if it could be broth back again in the miner. Would it be possible to Mine with it in the new LHR fonction? I know I do input the same overclock then for RVN. Could it be possible to dual mine 70% eth and 30% X16RT? That would be greath. Thanks for all the great work already done! You guys are the best BTW
