Miner Crashes then stops LHR #839

Miner opens up, detects GPUs, gives a target Mhs for LHR card. Then after a minute or so the miner crashes and restarts. when it restarts it does not detect the some of the GPUs are LHR and mines with the LHR hashrate.

It's happends to me, I have trex and gminer on same worker on hiveos, from time to time, trex loose a gpu, then after a while, loose all others gpu assigned to it, while the other miner still working without problem
