Have you meet GPFS flash interrupted issue? #44

Hi @treydock , you looks like a senior GPFS maintainer. I want to know have you meet a issue about GPFS flash interruped issue. During this issue happened, Some GPFS client can not read or write file any more.

I don't deal a lot with GPFS from a troubleshooting perspective or managing the system. My biggest involvement at our organization is monitoring GPFS. The issue you described does not sound like something I've heard of happening at our site, but I don't think we use flash storage on our GPFS clusters.
