Adds the SolrCollection type and refactors entire codebase.

SolrCollection added into all chapters (except 12 [needs refactoring still])
- Moved searching and doc adding responsibilities to Collection
Uppercasing on SQL
Standardization of single => double quotes
snake_case_all_vars
Expand for var names for readability
Spark sql
Converted all spark Table creations to Views
engine.docs => docs_from_response

Chapters changes:

ch8 cleanup
