Seems there's no activity on it with a number of outstanding issues.

I'm happy to review/accept any pull requests - I still monitor the repo and use the plugin daily.

I don't really have much free time to work on this and it seems to work well enough for most. It looks like just three of the 20 outstanding "issues" are bugs. Most are just enhancement ideas.

Definitely chime in on a bug if you're running into one (with steps to reproduce pretty please) or feel free to file an issue for enhancements you want.
