add GameCredits #213

We do not currently have blockbook or bitcore running. We have iquidus running at https://gamecredits.network. Can this be used in lieu of the other two?

No

I'll merge the pull request, but until you have a blockbook running, we won't be adding this coin to the firmware.

Thanks. I'm working on getting blockbook operational and will send a new pull request with the URL to blockbook (once GAME is accepted on that repo)
