[ ] setup CI to test against moneroc++
[x] remove secp256k1 - implemented in tsusanka/xmr but the tests fail (should be fixed by above)

The CI issue has several options:

build monero on some tag from https://github.com/monero-project/monero with travis, cache build, exec monero_trezor_tests binary in each test cell in the matrix
build monero tag manually, upload somewhere to Satoshilabs server (travis compatible binary), fetch with travis, exec monero_trezor_tests binary in each test cell in the matrix

We've agreed the moneroc binary will be on GitHub releases.
