Signing in to Google Drive results in 'App blocked' message #115

I'm using Password Manager for the first time and attempted to store the passwords on Google Drive, but resulted in an App Blocked message. It's appearing as a separate window, and I'm not familiar what "Identity API Scope Approval UI" is. Attempting to quit the window to brings me back to the Google log in window.

I recently setup a model T with suite desktop and couldn't get the PWM to work getting the same error, until I downloaded the bridge software, finally ending up with Dropbox. Which was not my first choice. Links to bridge were shut down. Probably after release of desktop. From various sources such as r/Trezor, I was led to believe that suite desktop had the bridge embedded. I found that the link in the wiki worked. PWM working fine! I see now all versions are available here on GitHub. I'm not positive my solution is the factory recommended approach, or if there is a bug with the integrated bridge.

Yes. Trezor Bridge is included within Trezor Suite.

Then I don't know why the PWM fails and why the legacy bridge works.

Issue 103 seems to apply.

LaplaceTransformS commented 2 years ago

Maybe not. #103 is old, predating desktop release.
