Onboarding TS5 with view-only wallet in Suite shows "Device in incorrect state"

Describe the bug When I want to do an onboarding of my TS5 and I have some remembered wallets in Suite, the TS5 shows as "Device is in incorrect state."

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable view only for one device
2. Disconnect the device
3. Connect uninitialized TS5
4. TS5 shows as "Device is in incorrect state"

Expected result: The incorrect state info is not shown
