Elevation colors issues #14711

Describe the bug

  1. In dark mode, buttons are disappearing on hover because the colors of elevation repeat themselves.

  1. In light mode, hover on background elevation is non-existent.

How to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to dashboard - assets table

Expected behavior In light mode hover on background should be different in color.

In dark mode the hover on the buttons should be different in color.

Thanks, we will be presenting new color for Dark mode in near future.
