BNB and Optimism warning modal for receive adress has disappearing text

Describe the bug BNB smart chain and Optimism both has warning modals when first time clicking on "Receive" address but the text inside the modal is half transparent for some reason. Polygon has the same modal but no issue there.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to BNB or Optimism account
Click on "Receive"
A modal should appear
The modal should contain text but the text is half transparent
