Revise the placement of Sync another coin / Sync my coins buttons #15554

The Sync another coin button, alternatively called Sync my coins, seems to be present on too many places/screens.

In the Portfolio Tracker switcher
On the Home screen
As the + button on the My assets and Receive screens

Revise the placement of the buttons and remove the ones that do not make sense any more.

Also unifying the naming of the button might make sense.
