Mark firmwares older than two years as required #3728

Upon successful investigation of https://github.com/trezor/trezor-suite/issues/3727 we should consider marking firmwares that are two years old as mandatory. This will help us cleaning up some legacy code.

Note that this applies for firmwares only, not bootloaders! We support all bootloaders to allow updates in all cases.

The passphrase redesign is from April 2020 (2.3.0 & 1.9.0). We might considering do this on April 2022 then (or a bit later ideally).

Can you please rise priority of this issue ? @alex-jerechinsky @hynek-jina Suite does not inform you that you are using almost 4 years old firmware 1.6.3 and you really need to upgrade it.

@bosomt I have read some discussion on slack that this is not exact is it? So does it concern only 1.6.3? Please elaborate :).

@tsusanka afaik it's only problem with firmwares older than 1.8.0 /marked too old by Trezor connect/ and newer than 1.6.1 /marked by Trezor Suite as too old /

so it includes 1.6.3,1.7.1,1.7.2 and 1.7.3 /but i haven't tested them , just 1.6.3/

CC @sime @hynek-jina on this one, I think it would make a lot of sense to do this one together with the passphrase process improvement you have discussed.
