Describe the bug Unable to go to onboarding settings after resetting device

Info:

• Suite Version: 22.2.3
• Firmware Version: T, 1

How to reproduce

1. Reset device
2. Click on Settings icon (nothing happens)
3. Unplug device (you are in settings)
4. Plug device (you are in onboarding with settings route)

Expected behavior The user is able to open settings after resetting the device.
