A send form state is not completely saved

Describe the bug When the user fills in a send form and the app refreshes, only the custom fee input is restored.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the btc send form
2. Fill in all inputs with data (including the custom fee field)
3. Refresh the app
4. Navigate back to the form
5. Observe that only the custom fee field gets restored

Expected result: All fields should be restored when the user restarts the app.

Actual result: Only the custom fee field gets restored

Notes: Problem might be also related to the issue 8655 - Remembered custom gas limit in send form is not displayed

your device is not remembered. i can tell because there is discovery after refresh so behavior is correct and data are not saved.

try with remembered device
