migrated tests from travis #232

Aded tests from travis ci to gitlab ci, for now only test are able to run on gitlab ci. Unfortunately no builds since xgo is not supported on gitlab without some hacking to the source.

If you do not mind please squash the commits into one, apply conventional commits (e.g. feat(ci): lint and tests in gitlab) and force push. We will merge then :partying_face:
