Sometimes addon won't sound (related to webkit autoplay issue) #1

Bug report

Describe the bug

Sometimes, while addon detects me leaving anki session for a while, it won't play a sound.

Reproduction step

  1. Open a reviewer
  2. Without doing anything, switch to other window
  3. Wait for 30+ seconds. There will be no sound
  4. After reverting to anki window, it shows resume notifications.

Expected behavior

It should sound after 30 seconds.

Actual behavior

It won't alarm.

Anki/OS versions

Additional context

This is related to chromium's autoplay policy. Chrome by default prevents autoplay of media without user interactions. source
