Anki show error at starting #47

Describe the bug

When I start Anki shows the following message. I already disable the other add-ons that I had and it showed the same message until I disabled this one Error An error occurred. Please start Anki while holding down the shift key, which will temporarily disable the add-ons you have installed. If the issue only occurs when add-ons are enabled, please use the Tools > Add-ons menu item to disable some add-ons and restart Anki, repeating until you discover the add-on that is causing the problem. When you've discovered the add-on that is causing the problem, please report the issue on the add-on support site. Additional context

I don't know if it's important but before Anki showed this message, when I tried to use the card it showed the field like "disabled" because it was not used. Unfortunately, I do not have a screenshot of this because I deleted and then downloaded the add-on again and now it is displayed as normal field again:
