HTML breaks every time I restart Anki #48

Describe the bug

Every time I start Anki I get an HTML error from a customized ClozeHideAll template. For some reason, new lines are being inserted in the middle of a single line of code each time.

Each time, I have to manually remove the new lines which fixes the HTML error. The functional code looks like this after my corrections:

I have the identical block of HTML code on the front and back template, but it only breaks on the back/answer side. I cannot figure out why this happens each time Anki is restarted, why it only happens at this particular point in the code and nowhere else, and why only on the back and not front templates.
