Maximum Review Time #59

If I leave a card on the screen while I'm doing something, I wouldn't like the card's review time to be used in the prediction of how much time is left for the cards remaining. Anki already uses a default maximum 60 seconds recorded review time for this reason. Apologies if this is already implemented. I didn't believe it was since it's possible for a single card to take up a large chunk of the time elapsed bar.
